What is telehealth?

Telehealth is therapy that you can access remotely, from the convenience of your own space. It’s like having a therapy session through video calls. This means you can get the support you need without leaving your home.

How does telehealth work?

Instead of meeting in an office, we’ll connect through HIPPA compliant Zoom. We’ll schedule a virtual session, and I’ll send you a link to join the video call. Simply click on the link, and you’ll see me on your screen, continuing our session as if we were meeting in person.

How does it feel when you have an anxiety attack?

Many individuals experience physical symptoms such as a racing heartbeat, shortness of breath, nausea, dizziness, and sweating during a panic attack. I will help you identify what your anxiety attacks look and feel like and provide you with tools to recover quickly the next time panic strikes.

Can I talk about my relationship in individual therapy?

Definitely! Individual therapy is a really helpful way to understand how you affect the relationships in your life.

People seek therapy for various reasons, including high stress levels, relationship issues, grief, life changes, sleep problems, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and trauma. If you’re unsure whether therapy is suitable for you, contact me here.
